Processing time:
- Orders received before 11AM CST on a business day will be processed and shipped same-day.
- Orders received after 11AM CST will be processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders received on public holidays (including Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed and shipped next business day.
- We are not responsible for any delays by the shipping carrier to deliver the items. Please contact shipping carrier first before contacting us. The shipping carrier used for your order is indicated in the shipping notification email.
Shipping Carrier and Methods:
- All Hand Sanitizers (PPE) orders will be shipped using the fastest shipping method available with the carrier suitable for alcohol-based Hand Sanitizers.
- Orders may be shipped with USPS when the order value is less than $30, or the Shipment address is a PO Box.
- Orders with shipping addresses to Alaska and Hawaii will always be shipped with USPS.
Exceptions to Same Day shipping:
- Certain items in this store may not be eligible for same-day shipping and indicated in respective product pages.
- Bulk and Large orders are exempted from same-day shipping.
- At times, some transactions will need additional payment confirmation and are not eligible for same-day shipping.
Accuracy of Shipping information:
- We expect accurate contact details and shipping addresses in all orders.
- We shall be not responsible for any delays, failure in delivery due to inaccurate shipping information. No refunds will be entertained.
- We shall not entertain changes to shipping address upon receipt of orders.
- We shall not be responsible for orders not delivered due to any reason (for example, person/agent not available, not picked up) provided by the shipping carrier. No refund requests are allowed.
Shipping method and carrier:
- Orders will be shipped by USPS, FedEx or UPS based on the fastest time for the package to reach the destination.
- We accept shipment of orders to P.O. Boxes. We will ship to P.O.Boxes via USPS.
- For most destinations, the package will reach the destination address in 2-3 business days once the package is in transit.
- While we will try our best to accommodate any special requests to ship with any specific shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee that a request for shipping with a particular shipping carrier will always be fulfilled. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier.
Free shipping:
There are no shipping charges for all orders, including the orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders will be processed only upon successful payment.
With the on-going pandemic, any period of time (such as days) mentioned anywhere on this website for shipping is not a guarantee as shipping carriers are not willing to provide us with any kind of guarantees or assurances for delivery.
We will make commercially reasonable efforts to get the items shipped as early as possible.
